Contact ReaderReach
How can we help?
Ask about campaign plans, onboarding, outreach, your account, billing, partnerships, or any ReaderReach question.
Choose the right topic
Campaign questions: Tell us your book title, fiction genre, current publication status, and the type of reader community you want to reach. We can explain which plan and outreach channels fit your goals.
Current authors: Include the email address used for your ReaderReach account and describe what you were doing when the issue occurred. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.
Billing and service: Use the form for questions about invoices, subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee, campaign domains, or service cancellation. We will review the account before confirming any change.
Partnerships: Publishers, editors, book coaches, publicists, author communities, and other organizations can ask about the ReaderReach JV program and tracked referral options.
What happens next
Your message goes to the ReaderReach team for review. We use the information only to route and answer the inquiry, and we may ask a follow-up question when account details or campaign context are needed.
For the clearest response, keep one primary request in each submission and identify any deadline that affects a scheduled interview, event, or campaign decision. The contact form is intended for ordinary business communication and is not monitored as an emergency service. Existing authors can continue reviewing outreach activity and replies in their private Campaign Desk while a support question is being handled.
