Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ReaderReach website and any research, campaign preparation, outreach management, or related services you purchase from ReaderReach. By purchasing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ReaderReach provides author positioning, contact research, campaign organization, personalized outreach materials, follow-up support, and related administrative services. The specific services, timing, and responsibilities included in your plan are described on the pricing page, checkout page, order confirmation, or separate written agreement.

2. No guaranteed placements

ReaderReach does not guarantee that any book club, podcast, bookstore, library, radio program, reviewer, or other organization will respond, select a book, schedule an appearance, stock a title, or offer a placement. Those decisions remain with each independent organization.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful content, working links, and any approvals or materials reasonably needed to prepare your campaign. You are responsible for the rights to the book information, cover art, reviews, biography, images, and other materials you provide.

4. Outreach accounts and communications

Self-service clients control their own sends, calls, and responses. Managed Outreach clients authorize ReaderReach to operate within the approved campaign positioning and communication guidelines. Any outreach email account obtained for a managed campaign is intended to be owned by the client and managed by ReaderReach while services remain active.

5. Fees, renewals, and cancellation

Fees and renewal terms are shown when you purchase a plan. Recurring services continue until cancelled according to the purchase terms. Unless a written purchase agreement states otherwise, fees already earned for completed setup, research, writing, outreach, or account management are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use ReaderReach to promote unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent material. ReaderReach may pause or end services when continuing a campaign could violate law, platform rules, email-provider requirements, or the rights of another person.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your book and the materials you provide. ReaderReach retains ownership of its software, research methods, templates, workflows, and service materials. You receive the right to use campaign materials prepared specifically for your book while your account remains in good standing.

8. Service availability

Research sources, email providers, websites, directories, contact information, and third-party platforms may change or become unavailable. ReaderReach may adjust workflows or substitute reasonable methods when outside services change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReaderReach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the website or services. ReaderReach’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim.

10. Changes

ReaderReach may update these Terms as the service changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
